Mary Jane had never enjoyed, and did not think that she ever in her life would enjoy, dating men. It was something that she had never really been into, even at the young teenage times she had not been particularly interested. Other girls were always telling her all about how amazing dating men could be, but she just couldn't see the sense in it. If it was company she wanted, she had dogs and cats and pets of all sorts, and if it was the excitement she had a card that could get her into any theme park on this side of Wales, absolutely free of charge.

She did not want a partner for life, because she could not see any reason as to why she might want one. One day however, that was all going to change.

She was at that point in time queuing up to get into one of her favourite theme parks, when she dropped her wallet. Someone ran off with it, cackling with inhuman joy, and Mary Jane was forced into a run to try and grab her wallet back from the fellow. That's right, it was a guy that had managed to snatch her wallet off of the floor. Never before had dating men seemed as terrible a thing to do.

She managed to catch up with the fellow in the end. It was because he had stopped running, and was lying on the floor looking as if he had just been punched in the head/ There was another person standing over him, and he looked almost as if he just punched him in the head/ Mary Jane snatched the wallet off of the new guy and then walked away. She then realised that she had not thanked the fellow for saving her wallet from the vicious mad man, and went back to say a quick thank you. When she turned around she saw that the guy had the most beautiful eyes that she had ever seen. It was then that she began to understand the merits of dating men.

Years later the two are married. Since then a lot has gone on: I dare say there has been a caress here or a cuddle there, not to mention a stroke or two for the dog. It all worked out wonderfully and the two are planning to get married soon. And to think, this all happened over a dropped wallet!
